What's Coming in 2026
The AcelleMail team shared the public roadmap for 2026 at the start of the year. Here are the major themes.
Q1: SMS & Multichannel
AcelleMail will expand beyond email to support SMS campaigns through Twilio and AWS SNS. Automations will support mixed email + SMS sequences — for example, send an email, wait 3 days, then follow up with an SMS if no open is recorded.
Q2: Advanced Analytics
A rebuilt analytics dashboard with:
- Revenue tracking (connect to WooCommerce/Stripe)
- Cohort analysis — how do subscribers from different sources perform over time?
- Deliverability score per sending domain
- Heatmap overlay on campaign link clicks
Q3: Plugin/Extension System
A formal extension API will allow third-party developers to build and distribute AcelleMail add-ons. Planned first-party extensions:
